Global Medical Alliance, Inc is a non profit 501 (c)(3) organization. The organization comprises of Board of Directors, Board of Trustees and Executive Council. The Board of Directors forms the policy governing the organization and also directs the functions of the organization. The role of the Board of Trustees is solely advisory and the Executive Council sees to the day to day affairs of the organization.

Within the foregoing restrictions, the corporation intends:

• To promote general health and wellness through qualified/licensed medical personnel in the United States and other parts of the world.
• To carry out medical missions, projects and research in the United States of America, and in developing nations around the world.
• To conduct research, teach/educate the public in the Americas, Africa as a whole, Asia and other parts of the world when possible, on the prevention and management of AIDS/HIV and other diseases.
